Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Crystal clear and luminous with moderate leg formation, reflecting its higher alcohol strength.

• Aroma (Nose): Bright and expressive. Dominant, pine-fresh juniper immediately greets the nose, followed by vibrant citrus peel (lemon and orange zest), subtle earthy coriander, and a gentle spike of cracked black pepper.

• Palate: Full-bodied, crisp, and robust. The 47% ABV delivers a warm, rich mouthfeel where intense juniper blends seamlessly with bitter-sweet citrus, delicate floral undertones, and balanced herbal botanicals.

• Finish: Long, warm, and remarkably clean. Fades gracefully with lingering notes of pine needle, dry spice, and citrus oils.
