EVO STD Grappa Riserva (42% ABV, 20cl) is an ultra-premium Italian aged spirit crafted from a refined blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Glera, and Incrocio Manzoni grape pomace. Distilled using traditional discontinuous bain-marie systems, this exceptional grappa is aged for over four years (40+ months) in a variety of native Italian wooden barrels—including walnut, cherry, and beech wood—without any added caramel or artificial dyes.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Elegant and complex bouquet featuring notes of sun-dried raisins, licorice, and roasted walnut, layered with warm vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of ripe dates and caramel.

• Palate: Velvety, smooth, and well-rounded. Flavors of spun sugar, vanilla, and ripe plum are balanced by subtle citrus undertones and deep wooden nuances from cherry, walnut, and beech barrels.

• Finish: Exceptionally long, warm, and persistent with lingering notes of toasted nuts and delicate oak spice, completely free of harsh alcohol heat.
